The Space

Classes are held at Hatcher Pass Yoga in a nurturing environment, taught on the floor with yoga mats and supportive props. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, warm socks, and slippers if desired. The goal is simple: help your nervous system settle so your body can do what it does best.

Sherrill is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes care and education specialist who blends clinical nutrition science with practical, compassionate teaching. Her approach emphasizes sustainability, nervous system support, and real-life nourishment.
