The Space
Classes are held at Hatcher Pass Yoga in a nurturing environment, taught on the floor with yoga mats and supportive props. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, warm socks, and slippers if desired. The goal is simple: help your nervous system settle so your body can do what it does best.
